Live Well Health & Fitness Center

Live Well Health and Fitness Center offers a variety of weights, machines, indoor walking track, showers, rental lockers and classes. The fitness center is accessible by key card for members 24 hours daily. The gym manager will be there Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Alpha House Bus - First Wednesday of Each Month

Alpha House Bus will be at the Health Department on the 1st Wednesday of the Month. They offer free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, resources & supplies for expectant mothers. Walk-In or call/text 417-777-2273.

Free Clinic - Last Thursday of Each Month from 5-7pm

We offer a Free Medical Clinic for anyone without health insurance or have a high deductible. Free Clinic is the last Thursday of every month from 5-7pm. Call to make appointment 417-637-2345.

Low-Cost Lab Testing - Monday-Thursday 8am-12pm

Low-cost lab work on Monday-Thursday 8-12, must have doctor's orders.  Blood pressure checks are performed daily during business hours. Free STD testing and treatment.

WIC - Every Wednesday 

Walk-ins 2nd Wednesday of the month. Late night WIC 3rd Wednesday of the month. Appointment Only. Phone: 417-637-2345
